Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Vibe Shift, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Vibe Shift, including workspace admins and individual users.

Use of the service

Vibe Shift is a Slack application that rewrites and generates messages using AI. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or in violation of Slack's terms of service.

The workspace admin who installs Vibe Shift is responsible for ensuring that all users in their workspace comply with these terms.

Accounts and billing

Vibe Shift is billed per workspace. Free workspaces receive 50 rewrites and 5 replies per month. Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed monthly via Stripe and include a monthly allowance of messages (rewrites and replies combined); once a workspace reaches its allowance, Vibe Shift pauses until the next month or an upgrade. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any workspace that violates these terms or fails to pay outstanding charges.

AI-generated content

Vibe Shift uses OpenAI's API to generate rewrites and replies. The output is AI-generated and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing all output before sending. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from messages sent using our service.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any content you input into Vibe Shift. We claim no rights over your messages or the rewrites generated from them.

Limitation of liability

Vibe Shift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify workspace admins of material changes by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
